I have been asked to bake no fewer than FOUR birthday cakes for the father of a very good friend of mine. She has royally requested a rolo cake, a coffee cake, a sponge cake and a lemon cake. I am one half of the way through fulfilling the order.

One 40 ROLO cake...

Halloween type cakes (for charidee mate!)

Evening!

Due to a charidee bake sale at work tommorow, I have created some halloweeny type cakes.

Here is a pumpkin cake-turned out quite well really, considering it was baked in two mixing bowls...

Next up is your standard plate of "Coloured-icing-and-chocolate-stripes" Cupcakes...

Rounded off with a (Rather unimaginative, I'm afraid) Spider's web chocolate cake.

So that would appear to be Halloween taken care of!

Hello hello!

Just a quick announcement before the mammoth bake commences....

A bag of 15 cute, iced gingerbread men with ribbons to hang on the tree.................£7.00!!

And pretty much anything else you can think of (and some things you probably shouldn't...)

Right then, I've got to go a finish a 4 cake order, make 4 cakes and a batch of cupcakes for charidee and make a batch of "Fanks for lettin' us stay in your lovely house" cupcakes (Which I will not leave on the roof of my car.)

Pretty Pink Cupcakes...

Good afternoon.

It was a friends birthday recently and there was a surprise party last night. Oh how I hate to turn up to these things empty handed! I baked a tray of pretty pink and white vanilla cupcakes, and they were just yummed up.
