Good Evening again,
Today I made my famed 30 Rolo cake for a lovely lady's partner. He's apparently a bit of a chocaholic, so hopefully this will go down lush, like. Essentially the 30 Rolo cake is a regular batch sponge, with a big bar of dark chocolate melted and poured in. Once in the tins, caramel is swirled in and 20 of the Rolos are pressed into the mix. The final 10 Rolos go on top, pushed into the icing. This is my second favorite cake.
