Good evening all,
I've been to a BBQ today, and as I'm a polite, old fashioned kinda lady, I took a sun parasol and a plate of Caramel Coffee Cupcakes (Herein to be named CaraMoffee Cupcakes). They are coffee sponge with caramel swirled in before baking and iced with coffee fondant. They went down a treat.
A new recipe, moving away from butter icing swirls, simply because I didn't have time for the cakes to cool!
